This site has been created to advertise property to let in Selly Oak and the surrounding
areas of the West Midlands
Accommodation is in great demand in the Selly Oak area, being close to the
railway station and Birmingham University.
You can ADVERTISE your property free of charge now!
But if you have recently added or changed an advert, it will not be available
to view until we have approved it!, you can also delete your advert.
If you are a Student at Birmingham University, you are advised to reply to these
advertisements as soon as possible, many will be taken in early January prior to
the next term commencing in June/September DON'T BE DISSAPOINTED.
Most Landlords will require references, and will let the properties out on an
assured tenancy, and may require a deposit
Estate Agents , Landlords and private owners are free to use this facility,
so if you have a room to rent or you want to rent a room, or have a property to
share, or you wish to share a property, or find flatmates then feel free to use
this service.
However we strongly recommend that you do not abuse the site!

If the site attracts sufficient landlords to advertise, then it is our intention to
approach insurers, furniture providers, and gas services to offer discounts to these
landlords.
Students may want to advertise or exchange items!
